A healthy blood sugar level must be maintained in order to lose weight. Blood sugar stability avoids abrupt spikes and drops, which can cause overeating and cravings. The body uses energy more effectively and is less likely to store extra fat when blood sugar levels are balanced. Additionally, it promotes steady energy levels, which makes it simpler to maintain motivation and activity levels for constant exercise.
